Key Competence

Regulatory Compliance
Guiding businesses to understand and comply with AfCFTA obligations while proactively identifying and mitigating regulatory, operational, and market-related risks. This support helps firms streamline trade operations by improving compliance with rules of origin, customs procedures, and standards requirements, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and adopting best practices that reduce trade costs and enable smoother participation in regional and continental markets.

Strategic Consulting and Market Facilitation
Supporting governments and businesses to align national policies, regulatory frameworks, and business models with AfCFTA requirements while strengthening their capacity to effectively engage with the Agreement. This includes facilitating access to new trade and investment opportunities, fostering connections to regional and continental business networks, and enabling participation in cross-border markets through improved market intelligence, partnerships, and trade facilitation support.

National Implementation Support
Supporting the establishment, strengthening, and coordination of national AfCFTA implementation structures to ensure that governments and relevant institutions have the necessary frameworks, capacity, and coordination mechanisms to effectively deliver on their commitments and obligations under the Agreement.

Trade Logistics Collaboration
This initiative works with logistics and trade service providers to design and implement efficient logistics solutions that improve supply chain coordination and reduce operational challenges. By strengthening partnerships and leveraging industry expertise, it supports smoother cross-border trade, lower costs, and sustainable regional and international trade growth.
